Secondary Continuous Learning: Secondary Lessons are posted in Google Classrooms each Monday by the classroom teacher.  Students can communicate with their teachers at any time through Google Classroom and access the recorded office hours posted in Google Classroom.

KSDE Guidance: In support of the new guidance shared by the Kansas State Department of Education,, all in-person graduations events are being rescheduled until the community safely moves into the next phase of the plan to reopen Kansas.  The virtual graduation will continue as planned on Saturday, May 16, 2020 to allow us to celebrate our seniors in May, as we originally planned, before the pandemic. We have continued with this event to allow families to safely watch the ceremony from home as we conclude the academic school year.

Out of an abundance of caution, all locker clean out and pick up of student personal items will be rescheduled until after May 18. Principals will communicate the revised schedule for locker clean out and pick up of personal items.

Upcoming Senior Events:  There are many upcoming events for our TPS seniors.  Individual high schools will be sending a letter to their seniors.  Some of the common events are listed here:

  • Tuesday, May 12, is the last day of classes for seniors.

  • Saturday, May 16, the Virtual Graduation Ceremonies will take place.  A Zoom link will be sent to anyone wanting to attend.

Saturday, July 25, if permitted, there will be an in-person graduation ceremony for each high school.

Meal Services:  On May 4, TPS will again be serving the meal program. Meals will be provided on Monday for Monday and Tuesday, one Wednesday for Wednesday and Thursday and on Friday. There will be 10 stationary meal sites: Chase MS, French MS, HPHS, Jardine MS, Lowman Hill, Meadows, Ross, Quincy, Robinson, and St. Davids.

For more information, please visit our district's website at  Expanded Meal Services.

Thank you for supporting your student’s continuous learning.
